Mott The Hoople - All the Young Dudes 1972 HQ
For some reason this song came to me out of the blue. Probably haven't heard it for 50 years.
😂❤🎉
Nobody here commenting that this was written by the great Curtis Mayfeild and first done by his group the mighty Impressions. This version is 'o.k.'. Nobody touches Curtis.
There a many great versions of this song, Peter paul and Mary, Kingston Trio. But to me Johnny's version just has such a differnt vibe to it,,and Johnny's version is in a class of it's own
Came out when I was in the Army ❤❤
I not only still have this album, but I have this song on 45!
Saw them live in Dallas in about 1974 opening for somebody, I forgot who, but whoever it was most likely regretted having them as the openers.😆 I knew that night that OMD was going to be a band I'd still be listening to when I turned 80. Well, here i am and this song is still my favorite OMD song.
good sound quality especially the fact you can hear the vocal better where others mixes have the vocal too subdued
I can never pass this song up when I come across it. Man, what a Great piece of music!!! Still here in 2025
For those who still have a turntable and the Cellophane Symphony LP on vinyl, play the title song on 16 (instead of the standard 33) RPM.
Eita meus tempos de adolescente nos inicio dos anos 70, que delicia os bailinhos ao som dessa linda canção e outras.
Redneck voice is a reminder that the recycling of toilet water has rotted AMERICANS brains. So it is.
This song is a war song, men who hunt men.
The king's of Rocknroll
was 14 when it came out. Still love it. Saturday all night roller skating. What a nerd back then but.
effing BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!
Saw Dave Mason in Central Park, NYC. It was a terrific show, and he performed this as one of his encores. A magical evening...
been lovin' this for 50 plus years, still love it !!!
Che bello il juke box al mare da piccola 🥰
I was 18 in 75. I remember this so well, such a high energy record. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Magnificent I seen the Doobies in 1996 at the state capital
Miss you old friend
I've always gotten goosebumps listening to this song. It's one of my most favorite songs.
Harrisburg’s Dan Hartman
Such an under-recognized band. These guys were some of the finest of their times. Big fan since Rick and Shorty dropped "Foxchase". I swear they're one of the only good things to come out of FLA
Still my favorite blues song!!!!!! 😘🥰❤💞💕
First heard this song on the Art Bell radio show!
Trains, Hillbilly, woman troubles what else do onee need , nice trains❤
This is the best visuals for this song, which should never be forgotten, Happy New Year ♥️
Loved this song when it came out and love it now!

I was ten when I heard this song for the first time. my brother bought the 45 and I listened to it with dreamy eyes. I still feel those emotions today.

Excellent! Everyone showed off!!!
Disraeli Gears is a classic album, it has Cream's best work.
I can only imagine what those men and women were thinking in the Vietnam war
They don't make songs like this anymore

I saw the Youngbloods at the RPI fieldhouse in Troy, NY in around 1971. They played a long set. Very good memory!
